Let me explain my situation. I was stranded in the town where the accommodation is located at 11 p.m. I made a reservation on Airbnb, and the money was immediately deducted from my bank account. At the same time, due to the late hour and the fact that I was with my partner and had nowhere to stay, I started looking for a second alternative. I eventually found a hotel, and around the same time, the Airbnb host accepted the reservation. I immediately asked if they could refund my money since I had already found another place to stay, to which they responded with a resounding no. Because of this, I proposed a second option, which would be to stay at least for the following night, to which they also responded with a resounding no. This is the reason why I am leaving a negative review.
