All good, easy check in

The place is centrally located within Tilburg, that's exactly what we were looking for. Everything is nearby, restaurants, cafes, shops. Also, the train station is not too far away, because we did excursions in the Netherlands. We were there during the carnival, so the apartment was right in the middle of the action. The apartment is spacious and has very nice large windows on one side, a quiet bedroom and a nice terrace. It was cold and we couldn't be on the terrace, but it's certainly nice to sit during warm evenings and days. Communication with the hosts was smooth and the instructions for entry were clear. We really liked the place and recommend it, especially if you are looking for accommodation close to all events and nightlife.

Deze Airbnb was makkelijk te boeken, schoon, en zoals beschreven. De 013 ligt op 2 minuten lopen, het gezellige uitgaansstraatje waar deze Airbnb zich in bevindt heb je geen overlast van,. Het centrum is super dichtbij, kortom geweldige locatie voor een goede prijs. De communicatie met Suus ging soepel en snel en was heel duidelijk. Het is even uitvogelen met de app om binnen te komen maar ook daar wordt heel duidelijk over gecommuniceerd en er wordt goede uitleg gegeven (met instructiefilmpjes van de host en alles)..

Gracias a que los anfitriones fueron muy amables y pacientes pudimos disfrutar la estancia. Todo está muy automatizado, hice la reserva para hospedar a mi familia y es cierto que para ellos hubiera sido un mundo acceder a la acomodación. La ubicación, limpieza, prestaciones... todo un lujo. La ubicación estupenda, sobre todo si vas a asistir a un concierto en el Poppodium 013. El apartamento estaba muy calentito cuando llegamos en una tarde muy lluviosa. Lo agradecimos mucho. La aplicación de la cerradura eléctrica falló, pero nos atendieron los anfitriones enseguida y lo solucionamos. La calle en la que está situado el apartamento es muy céntrica, pero eso implica que el ruido de la calle se oye mucho si duermes en el sofá cama en el salón. En el dormitorio, todo genial.

Het heeft ons een uur geduurd voor wij naar binnen konden. Geen code ontvangen en toen ik eindelijk een telefoonnummer kreeg sprak ik iemand in het buitenland die heel slecht te verstaan was en mij nauwelijks hielp. Na een uur waren wij binnen maar toen bleek er al iemand in de accomodatie te verblijven. Wij waren daar voor 2 nachten voor de uitvaart van onze broer. Als dit er nog bij komt, dat was ons allemaal te veel. Zijn toen naar een ander hotel gegaan. Ik ben later terug gebeld door een Nederlands sprekende man die zou ook nog kijken of hij het meerdere wat wij nu kwijt waren kon vergoeden maar ik heb nu bijna 3 weken geleden niets meer van hem gehoord. dat ik na een uur er achter kwam dat het appartement al verhuurd was en als je dan zegt dat je wilt annuleren dat er nog moeilijk wordt gedaan (ik had het nl ook al gezegd toen wij er niet in kwamen)

The location is very central right within the city central There is a balcony perfect for occasionally having fresh air. The kitchen and facilities are very good.
