*Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.
*A valid ID may be requested during your stay.
*Security cameras are installed in exterior and/or shared common areas for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the accommodation.
*The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
*Where required by local regulations, any applicable city or tourist tax must be paid before check-in.
*Visitors who are not included in the reservation are not allowed without prior approval from the host.
*All guests must complete the online check-in form and provide accurate information before arrival.
*Any form of paid sexual activity, prostitution, or other commercial sexual services on the property is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Accessibility Notice:
Please note that this studio is not wheelchair accessible. Access to the studio is via a staircase with approximately 20 relatively narrow steps, and there is no elevator. Guests should consider this when booking to ensure the accommodation meets their accessibility needs.
