While this flat is well furnished and had convenient amenities, THERE IS NO CENTRAL HEATING. The whole flat is supposed to be heated by one air conditioner in the leaving room, and a wall heater in the bathroom. Bedroom were very cold. When I reach out to the host to ask for a solution, they did not provide any.
A second bad suprise happened when we added a guest for 2 nights, the host asked us to add the guest on airbnb app and charged us an additional guest for the whole stay instead of the 2 nights. They were unwilling to negociate, unwilling to let me retract my change, and I had no choice but to be charged an additional 130€.
One last note, the whole building is Airbnb flats from this company, the feeling is business first, hospitality maybe. I also do not feel safe leaving this comment, as I suspect they might try to impose further unexpected costs, even though I am usually a respectful guest seeking minimum fuss.

Cute. Brand new construction interior in a nice neighborhood across from a grocery store. Comfortable and well equipped. About a 25-30 min walk from the train station.
