Charmant en goed ingericht appartement. Prima voor een kort verblijf in Tilburg centrum, dicht bij alles. Mooie inrichting, fijne stoeltjes, prettig keukenblok met zelfs een kleine vaatwasser. Er is ook een Laad/los plek voor de deur voor het afgooien van je bagage. Suus reageert snel op vragen. Het is voor een wat ouder persoon zoals mijn moeder van 84 even wennen aan de werking van de deurcode ipv een sleutel, maar er werd goed meegedacht over hoe dit zo gemakkelijk mogelijk kon worden gemaakt voor haar. El apartamento está en una ubicación excelente,cerca del centro y de la estación de tren. El trato que nos ofrecieron fue muy atento. El apartamento está en la planta calle y se escucha ruido de la puerta principal, cuando la gente entra y sale. En la cocina del apartamento no hay microondas ni horno, es lo único que le falta para que esté completa aunque se puede acceder a la cocina compartida que cuenta con los dos electrodomésticos.

Het verblijf voldeed volledig aan de foto’s: een nette, comfortabele studio in een mooi oud pand met meerdere appartementen. Ondanks dat, was het heerlijk rustig, alleen wat loopgeluiden van boven, wat bij zo’n pand hoort. Het bed sliep goed en de douche was fijn, al zouden een plankje voor je spullen en een douchewisser handig zijn. De communicatie met de host verliep prettig en snel. We merkten af en toe wat rook-/houtkachellucht, vooral in het toilet, maar met de ventilatie aan (zoals geadviseerd) was dat goed te doen. Parkeren kon veilig achter een hek op een paar minuten lopen, wat erg fijn was. Het inchecken met de deursloten op code werkte perfect, geen app nodig, gewoon makkelijk binnenkomen. De vooraf in te vullen formulieren en uitgebreide instructies voelden wat zakelijk, maar verder was alles goed geregeld. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en raden zeker een diner aan bij Dwael en De Burgerij, twee echte aanraders in Tilburg! Response: Hi Titia, Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review!
