Fint og rent rom. Vertinnen svarte raskt og god kommunikasjon. Veldig greit med mulighet for vasking av klær. Litt knapt med bestikk på det felles kjøkkenet. this was a terrible experience. after a 9 hours long flight, we were trying and waiting for more then 5 hours (this with two children under the age of 5)to get inside the rooms we paid almost 600€ for a couple of days. nobody opened the door to the lobby for us until another resident came out of the building we were able to get in the lobby. once inside the host request unexpected fees over the phone(while we couldn't even get in the room). the host was not helpfull and got irritated. we contacted Airbnb support and the host lied that they had send help for us to get in when they did not. I'm glad we got video proof of it. there was no toilet in the lobby either. we had 6 suitcase I also did not see an elevator. this was traumatic. very bad service! the host kept lying to Airbnb service that we were inside. I can not even image somebody being this heartless to children waiting outside. we also paid over 200€ on a taxi Wich was waisted money since we didn't get in.
