The location was nice, the bed was ok, the sound isolation was good. While I didn't use it, the place is also equipped with a shared fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The digital key worked quite well. The digital check-in is horrible. Threats in capital letters ("NO ARRIVAL FORMS = NO CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS"), only half a day after booking, 24+ hours before arrival. Separate reminder (without any prior regular request!) for tourist taxes, with an immediate threat ("If the payment is not received within the next 24 hours, we may need to report the outstanding amount to the (“booking platform”) or take further action."). Rental agreement you are forced to sign, filled with penalties and warnings. While you perhaps feel the urge to act like this based on previous experiences, I feel criminalized even before setting a foot in the door. The doorlocks are equipped with an alarm, which for some reason went off a couple of times during my stay. Opening and closing the lock solved the matter. Bathroom is small, which leaves little room to stand or sit on the toilet, but everything functioned well.

Na dit gemeld te hebben kregen we nog wel een andere kamer aangeboden maar we wilden er absoluut niet meer verblijven. snel geld teruggevraagd en gekregen. een andere vergoeding (benzine ofzo) niet, alleen maar excuses Response: Hi Reinier, We’re truly sorry for the unacceptable situation you encountered upon arrival.
