Suus was extremely friendly and understanding. The accommodation was easy to find with clear instructions how to get in. The check in and check out process went smoothly. The accommodation and the bathroom were spotless clean. The only issue we had was that we didn't have hot water in the bath sink, but that was not a big of a problem for me because we had hot water in the kitchen sink. And I think the heater is still noisy but that didn't bother me at all, I slept with it turned on. Overall I loved it there, it was perfect for me and I would visit again.

Other than the electricity problem, everything else is good, convenient place, have everything we need (except it doesn't have washing machine). Easy to find and we like the guesthouse. Regardless of electricity problem, Suus and co-hosts are really responsive to try to resolve the electricity issue quickly. So we have no problem on that side also. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und leicht zu finden. Dank den Zahlenschlössern kann man jederzeit einchecken und auch keinen Schlüssel verlieren ;). Der Kontakt zu Suus war fantastisch, sehr freundlich und sehr flexibel! Nur die angegebenen „Fahrräder“ waren eine Enttäuschung. Es war lediglich EINS verfügbar in einer Unterkunft für ZWEI Personen und dieses Fahrrad war so heruntergekommen mit einem nicht abnehmbaren Kindersitz hinten drauf, dass wir das Fahrrad nicht benutzen konnten. Ansonsten würde ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, nur eben nicht für Leute, die planen, mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs sein zu wollen!
