Welcome to Harmony 003, a newly renovated suite in a historic 1920s building. The room has a queen hotel bed, table with two chairs, private bathroom, and a cozy patio. Guests can also use the shared kitchen. Located in the city center near shops, restaurants, and Poppodium 013, with parking just a minute away. For your first night, coffee, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided. Please note: guest info is required for municipal night registration.

-Please note that our location near downtown also brings exposure to sounds from the city, including trains and traffic, which can be significant at times.
- The tourist tax will be charged separately and must be paid before check-in.
- It is not allowed to invite visitors without my permission.
- I need a check-in form filled out with information before arrival.
- Paid sex is not allowed (sorry).
- The kitchen is shared with others; please clean up after use and manage your expectations.

Please read the house rules and policy carefully to prevent misunderstandings. Before check-in, my co-hosts and I will ask for detailed guest information for registration.

The building dates from 1920 but has recently been renovated, preserving a timeless air of homeliness while offering modern comforts. Harmony 003 perfectly combines traditional architecture with modern design, ensuring you feel right at home!

There is a shared kitchen at your disposal: you are welcome to use it for a cup of coffee to start your day, breakfast, or a healthy evening meal. It is equipped with everything you need!

As a self-service accommodation, I will provide some essentials for the first night as a gift. The supermarket is close by for any additional needs. The kitchen is shared with others, and while I hope and expect everyone to keep it clean, please manage your expectations.

Nice private room in a typical Dutch house, a stone throw away from the center of Tilburg. The steps to the room are very steep so getting up there with big luggage is a bit challenging. The digital key is great but takes some getting used to and planning, you can’t leave the room without your phone. The room is very pretty, clean, the bathroom as well, the windows are not the best so it was a bit chilly but with the great heating system in the room that was not an issue. It was very quiet despite the closeness to the city center. Really a great place to stay!
