This apartment is a great choice if you’re looking for a very spacious place with plenty of natural light. The high ceilings make it feel especially open and comfortable. It has been newly refurbished and is well equipped, particularly the kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave/oven, and fridge/freezer. The TV was a nice addition, and the easy, contactless check-in worked smoothly. Communication was excellent, with quick and helpful responses throughout the stay. On the downside, the apartment is on the ground floor, and the bed is positioned right next to a window, which made it feel a bit like sleeping on the sidewalk. Sitting in the living room can feel like being in a shop window, even with the good curtains (this may be common in the Netherlands, but it’s not ideal if privacy is important to you). There is also noticeable noise from the nearby traffic, and since it’s an old building, sounds from the corridor and the apartment above are quite audible.

Doppelte Zahlung angefordert! Ich habe bereits weit vor dem Aufenthalt bezahlt gehabt. Jetzt, 1,5 Wochen danach werde ich erneut aufgefordert zu zahlen. Aufpassen!!! Grundsätzlich modern und neu gemacht, jedoch staubig/ fusselig. Der Kühlschrank roch zum würgen. Sehr kalt und hellhörig die Räumlichkeiten. Zum Heizen gibt es 2 Heizlüfter. Auf das Sofa kann man sich nur sehr vorsichtig setzen, sonst klingt es als würde es gleich auseinander brechen. Die Toilette ist in einem separaten Raum, jedoch ohne Fenster und ohne Lüftung! Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, es sei denn man hat eine Körpergröße von 3m. Die Küche ist nur sehr notdürftig eingerichtet und es gibt lediglich 2 Spültaps für 5 Tage, sodass man gezwungen ist per Hand sein Geschirr etc zu waschen. Die Zimmertür kann man von innen nicht abschließen. Man muss drauf vertrauen, dass andere Menschen den Code für die Tür nicht kennen. Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert und die Räumlichkeiten sind recht modern und neu gemacht. Response: Hi Rabea, Thank you for your detailed feedback. El sector es tranquilo y, frente al departamento, hay un supermercado. A pesar de tener una sola habitación, el departamento es amplio, la habitación es de tamaño ideal y en el living hay un sillón cama grande para una tercera y/o cuarta persona. La cocina está bien equipada. El baño no tenía jabón para lavarse las manos. Sentimos que la ropa de cama estaba sucia ya que encontramos pelos en el cobertor, las sábanas no se sentían limpias (quizás lo estaban pero se encontraban muy usadas), y había un calcetín (que no era nuestro) en el living.
