Die Anzeige hat den Eindruck gegeben, es würde sich hier handeln um ein kleines Appartement. Nachdem alles gebucht und bezahlt war, wurde est mal klar, dass es sich nur um ein Zimmer handelte. Plötzlich lautete die Info auch, dass es Treppen gab. Auf unsere Frage zu tauschen mit einem Erdgeschosszimmer, wurde gesagt, dass alle Zimmer auf EG waren und es beim Eingang nur eine kleine Treppe mit 4 Stufen gab. Das waren aber 19 Stufen und die waten für unsere alte Hündin schwierig zu meistern und wir beide sind zu alt um sie hoch zu tragen. Das System mit den digitalen Schlüsseln ist auch dramatisch. Funktioniert nicht immer problemlos über Handy. Und kommt man mit Bagage aus der Tiefgarage beim Einfang, muss man alles hinstellen um aufs Handy den digitalen Schlüssel zu finden um zu öffnen. Schnell alles wieder aufnehmen, sonst ist es wieder zu. Beim Zimmer genau das gleiche. Das Zimmer war relativ OK, aber die Nachbarn waren jung, hatten Freunde, hatten laute Sex, und waren laut in die große Küche für allgemeine Nutzung. Das fing an nachts um 04:15 und hat gedauert bis 07:30 Uhr. Unnötig zu sagen, dass wir fast nicht geschlafen haben. Den nächsten Tag sind wir abgereist, obwohl wir für 2 Nächte bezahlt haben. Glauben Sie da würde uns etwas als Kompensation angeboten? Keine Chance! Wir hatten für viel Geld also ein schlechtes Wochenende ohne Ruhe und mit wenig Spaß. Wir werden hier niemals mehr hingehen!

The room was spacious and beautiful. Love the layout and setup.
The equipment in the kitchen was ample and enough except that it wasn’t well cleaned. Dirty plates choked up the sink and we will need to clean up others’ mess before we can cook and clean up ourselves. The trash bins were not emptied and liquid from the bins flowed out and soiled the floor too.
The WiFi was hopeless. Despite communicating with the host, I have to use my own limited data for a proper uninterrupted conversation over a call.

De ruimte was erg netjes en zoals omschreven. Verder was de communicatie uitmuntend vanuit Suus en kregen we altijd snel reactie.
Minpuntje was wel dat wij geen warm water hadden en dus niet konden douchen of ons wassen bij de kraan. Hiervoor ook geen compensatie gekregen ondanks hiervoor vragen. Ook was dit niet vermeld aan ons tijdens het boeken van de ruimte.
Verder een prima kamer voor een prima prijs, alhoewel ik de 60 euro cleaning fee wel belachelijk vindt. Maak dan de kamerprijs gewoon wat hoger.
