El alojamiento está muy limpio y es muy cómodo. Se ubica en una zona tranquila y segura. Por el contrario indicar que el anuncio indica que tiene 3 opciones de parking y no es correcto. Marcan un aparcamiento gratuito junto al edificio, pero sólo puedes usarlo si tu coche es extremadamente pequeño, pues bloquea la acera y bloquea la retirada de basura, por tanto pueden sancionarte. Indica que puedes hacer uso de un parking gratuito grande detrás del alojamiento, marcando que se encuentra cerrado de 6:00PM 8:00AM. Justo en ese parking hay muchos carteles de PROHIBIDO APARCAR. Por ello nos decidimos apreguntar a la propiedad del aparcamiento. Ellos nos indicaron que el alojamiento ofrecía el servicio de manera irregular/ilegal, pues no habían comunicado nada a la propiedad. El horario es en el que la empresa ( que es un taller) se encuentra cerrado. De todas formas hay muchos apacamientos en la calle, con un precio de 1€/hora. EN EL ALOJAMOENTO HAY UNA FOTO QUE MARCA LO QUE INDICO.

Really nice place, we enjoyed our stay. There were some marks in the floor that looked like small stones or lint from clothes which made vaccuuming slightly more annoying but otherwise absolutely nothing to complain about. After booking I was given lots of strict rules and an extra fee to pay. The gate for the free parking is only open during daylight hours. The blinds don't block out the street lights. Not very sound proof, you can hear people walking by even. Not very cooperative with additional requests unless you pay extra. It was very clean and the heater was great. The bathroom and kitchen were very nice and well maintained.
