Nearby supermarket was a plus, as were the amenities provided. The internet was fast, and easily handled all 4 of us using it without showing any hiccups. The hosts were very communicative and responded to questions quickly, even outside their "active hours". Decent communication to the city center. Slightly far from the city center - can be a problem in the evenings/nights. WiFi has only started working after nearly 3 days of back-and-forth messaging, but was fixed soon after the issue was diagnosed (with which my help was needed).
