The apartment is perfect for someone like me who was in Tilburg for work, with private kitchen, with a lot of different pans, all the useful cutlery (although the knives could do with a bit of sharpening). Directly opposite the station and bus station, and on one of the main roads into the beautiful Old Town. Suus and her team were quick to solve two issues I had while there, the Internet did not work in this room and the TV also had no signal. Although the TV did get resolved by the next day, the internet didnt, and so I had to pay for a Roaming Bundle through my phone (due to my UK sim). I would stay here again, and I would recommend. Great location however we had several issues. During a period of record cold, the central heating was not working. There were small heaters, but they could not be left on at night or when we were out, so the apartment was often freezing. There were no extra blankets at first, and I didn’t sleep the first night because of the cold. Only one extra blanket was provided for two guests. There was also a strong smell from the bathroom pipes at the start, and the coffee machine did not work properly. In both cases, the response was simply that the cleaning lady checked and everything was “fine,” which felt dismissive rather than helpful. Finally, the mattress was extremely soft and sagged in the middle, and the pillows were very thin, making it hard to sleep. With better maintenance, bedding, and communication, this could be a good place, but in its current state it did not meet basic comfort expectations. Yeri çok merkezi, tam tren istasyonun karşında. Ulaşması ve içeri girmesi kolay. Şehir merkezine 5-6 dakikalık bir yürüyüşle kolaylıkla ulaşılıyor. Oda güzel, ferah ve temizdi. Mutfakta ihtiyacınız olabilecek herşey mevcut. Yatak rahat ve konforlu. Ancak odaya girdiğim andan çıktığım güne kadar kaloriferler çalışmıyordu. 4 gece kaldım ve oda sıcaklığı 15-16 dereceyi geçmedi. İlk gece ev sahibine yazdım ilgilenmelerine rağmen herhangi bir çözüm bulamadılar. Bir noktada sanki inanmıyorlar gibi benim söylediklerimi sorguladılar. Bu hiç iyi bir yaklaşım değildi. Ancak son gün çıkmadan hemen önce kaloriferler olması gerektiği gibi yanıyordu. Bunun dışında odayı beğendim. Tavsiye ederim.

Het verblijf van Suus was zeer schoon en gelegen op een fantastische locatie. Prachtig verblijf in het centrum van Tilbrug. Gelegen naast het station en op loopafstand van centrum, winkels en restaurants. De ruimte was schoon, praktisch en had alles wat we nodig hadden. The apartment is spotlessly clean and extremely well-maintained. The host is very responsive and attentive to guests' needs – quick to answer questions and helpful with any concerns. The accommodation is comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. However, the shared washing machine on the floor is a limitation. Since it's shared among all guests on your floor, you may experience inconvenient waiting times depending on neighbors' schedules. On longer stays, this can become frustrating as you cannot control when you can do laundry.
