Horrible! Avoid if you can!!

the online checkin does not work. It took me more than an hour to get the access code, because the system couldn´t upload my documents. Upon calling the attendants, they insisted in the procedures and wouldn´t give the code. We had to speak on the phone with 2 differente people to get it! Inside the room, the nightmare continued: there were no lights. In a new call, the attendat suggested I should go myself to the fuse room, locates in the basement, and proceed a check in the system!! Of course he also insisted I was lying, by telling me the cleaners hadn´t reported any problems. Anyway, they promised to come the next day to repair it, which never occurred. The flat had a strange smell, which I couldn´t identify, since I was in the dark.

Logement très bien placé, les instructions sont claires, la literie est excellente, la chambre est propre. Nous avons eu la vu sur le parking qui est un peu dommage mais pas problématique et l’équipement de la cuisine reste limité à une plaque de cuisson et un lave-vaisselle, un four ou un micro-ondes serait le bienvenue dans les équipements. It was very easy to communicate with them and the check in went flawlessly easy. The room was so tasteful and interesting. Very central. We'll definitely be back. It was perfect.

Good location across from station close to everything

Great location, good information on how to use everything, loved not having to use a key. The code access made it all feel more secure. Room was a bit smaller than I thought but everything was very comfortable and nice and quiet and clean. I thought 10am was a bit early for checkout and the threat of charging €100 was a bit harse.
