I would definitely recommend Suus' place in Antwerp. It has everything you need for a couple of days at Antwerp, and it's a very interesting option if you're travelling in a group. The check in was very easy and straightforward and we were very warmly welcomed with a gift. The host provided clear instructions for the check in, check out, access to the parking and general information about the place and the city. The parking space it's also very convenient, but be sure to register your car in the Low Emission Zone website in advance (in case your car it's not registered in Belgium) because the apartment is located within the Antwerp LEZ. There's also an applicable tourist tax. Good experience overall, thanks!
