Tolle Lage und gute Ausstattung. Man hat viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Viertel hat Charme. Leider hat die Wohnung ein sehr deutlich wahrnehmbares Geruchsproblem: Muffig und feucht. Alles nötige ist geputzt aber leider nur sehr oberflächlich. Staub in vielen Ecken. Ausstattung entsprechend der Bilder und sehr ruhig gelegen. Toller Ausgangspunkt zum Entdecken von Antwerpen. Very large space, pretty good location for getting into centre A lot of mosquitos - a couple of us got a huge number of bites in the two/three days we were there. Floors / walls were quite dirty. The parking space advertised does not state that there is a height restriction which is disappointing if booking the property on the basis of free/private parking.

Location is ok Checked in at around 1600. Had trouble getting in due to the lockpad. Cleaner came out from the place so we could get in. She helped us with the lockpad. Since she just finished cleaning, the toilet smelled so much of bleach…which is really bad. Do not understand why she only finished cleaning at that time. One roll of toilet paper, a very thin roll. No shower gel or shampoo. Spent a lot of time getting the tourist tax amount right. Owner know that we have two kids, probably they know their age as well since we key in the age when doing the booking. Nevertheless they sent us invoice charging tax for 6 adults. Not even asking if the kids are under 12 meaning exempt from tax. 3 floors, meaning it is very tired getting up and down from the third floor. A lot of mosquito. In general, don’t feel that the place is clean.

No thing Firstly, check in process was not smooth, issues with the passcode and had to wait a while until we were provided with a solution- a key which we had to put in a lockbox outside every time we left the house. Secondly, the kitchen ventilation system does not work and had to open the front door when we wanted to cook even a light snack. Thirdly, the description isn’t right regarding the free parking- it is a 6 minute walk away from the home, as well as being very very narrow and low (max height 1.89m), and since we had a box on our car we were unable to park in the garage. When we called and asked for assistance (especially after specifically booking this place due to its free parking feature) we were told nothing can be done and so we had to park on the street and pay for this ourselves, which took hours to figure out due to having to register the car (which requires a Belgian number etc). For the first night we just parked on the street hoping we do not get fined. We tried to ask for help from the host, and they told us it is not their responsibility and that they “didn’t know”. Finally, there are many mosquitoes and insects- all my children got bit and we had to go to the pharmacy to buy some cream for this. I’m very disappointed

Net ingerichte kamers. Fijn dat alles aanwezig was. Het inchecken (deurcode) werkte niet, dus het was een gedoe bij aankomst
