- Our property is in central Tilburg, so you may hear trains, traffic, and other sounds from the surrounding city.
- The stove is automatically switched off from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM and cannot be used during these hours.
- Paid sexual services and related activities are not permitted on the property.

We kindly ask everyone to clean and tidy up after using it. As this is a shared space, cleanliness may vary between guests.

The shared kitchen and dining area are available for preparing meals and enjoying time together. There is also a shared laundry area for your convenience.
