There is no reception at the self-service apartments. There is only security.
Guests book and pay online in advance and you contact the host in advance about personal access. Of course we are available 24/7 for emergencies and of course we make time to answer all your questions. All questions are welcome.

Our stay was great! The apartment was big and clean, and walking distance to everything you could want. A head's up: if you have mobility issues, it's on the second floor up two narrow staircases.

The apartment is in the heart of Tilburg and was a good starting point for various activities. Due to the existing air conditioning, a pleasant stay was also possible in hot weather. We included our breakfast on the recessed balcony, which offered us a nice view of the treetop trees of the adjacent park. Thus, the apartment is highly recommended. The box spring beds alone took some getting used to for our sensation. Sheets and towels were clean and sufficiently provided. Spacious room with lots of (kitchen) comforts. Super clean and nice light with obscuring blinds. In fact, bring extra toilet paper. Dish soap had been easy, too. All additional costs (parking fee 15 euros for behind the accommodation, late check-out for 25 euros because 10.00 check-out is very early, I am used to 11 a.m. myself) were at the expensive price per night. That was the case. The location is top, so it makes the consideration (again) worth it.
